Cast your Vote
This is where SSD becomes really fun! Cast your vote and cheer on your favorite ideas in each epoch. You can earn rewards just for voting, and you get to see projects you like come to life. You can use your Voting Power (VP) for a single idea, or split it among multiple ideas. After an epoch closes, your VP is restored and you can vote again in the next epoch.
Step-by-step
1 Go to slingshotdao.com/app and find an idea you like. For steps to find an idea, click here
2 At the top of the Idea Details page, click the Vote button
3 Adjust the Slider to determine how much of your Voting Power (VP) you will use for this idea. You can use 100% or save some to vote on other ideas too.
4 Click the Lock icon to lock your vote.
5 Click Confirm Votes. (You can still change your mind before the voting epoch closes.)
2 Click Confirm in the Metamask popup to approve the nominal Gas fee to be paid in $MATIC. Click here if you need $MATIC
Additional Note
You can change your vote, or vote on multiple ideas while the voting epoch is still live. Click on the new idea you want to vote for. You will see all relevant sliders and can adjust them as you like. (There is a Gas fee with each voting transaction. This is a function of the Polygon network, not SSD.)
