You’ll need “Voting Power” to vote on submitted ideas, which you can get by acquiring Sling Gems and “locking” them. Voting Power and rewards are based on the amount and duration of your lock. Learn more here.
You need a web3 digital wallet and USDC or other tokens with which to purchase Sling. Learn how here.
There are many ways to get Sling gems. You can purchase Sling gems, earn it as a reward for activities like voting and completing quests, or for being an active community member in Discord. Learn more here.
You can do a lot! The main use for Sling gems is to lock in your Voting Power so you can vote on submitted ideas. You can also vote on the policies that govern how the DAO operates. You can buy or sell Sling gems, gift it as tips in Discord, and use it to purchase from the DAO store (coming soon).
