What is a DAO?
A Decentralized Autonomous Organization or DAO is "bottoms-up" entity owned and managed by its members instead of being centrally controlled. Members govern by voting on initiatives. Rules for the DAO are set and enforced on the blockchain, creating consistency and transparency.
Who is SSD for?
SlingShot unites two groups: people brimming with ideas for online games, and those with the skills to turn those ideas into reality. Both groups can participate in every phase of game development, from ideation to vetting to design to development. This is why the platform is groundbreaking. It’s inclusive, collaborative, and rewarding by design.
How does SSD work?
Slingers submit game ideas on the SlingShot website and everyone casts their votes. The idea with the most votes in each voting cycle receives a grant for it to be built. Then the entire community shares in the fun, and other benefits from the games we build together.

Tip.cc is a tipping platform that is connected to SlingShot DAO's Discord server. Tip.cc makes it easy for Slingers to send and receive "tips". Learn More!
